  • Successfully Executed the first project with JGC, (Hawiyah project)
  • Signed long-term agreement with Saudi Aramco
  • Increased the Technical and Quality team
  • Project Awarded: Khursaniyah, Tanajib, Manifa, Karan, and Sadara
  • Started manufacturing of Floating & Trunnion Mounted Ball Valves

2008

Evolution

  • Started machining of Gate, Globe, Check and Ball valves with highly accurate CNC machines.
  • Preforming 100% Positive Material Identification (PMI)
  • Developed in-house Gas testing & cryogenic testing facility in order to meet the customer requirements
  • Started preforming Fugitive emission testing
  • Qualified the welding processes and welders to start Inhouse welding processes.

Attained API 6D license for manufacturing Ball Valves. Qualified Fire Safe Tests for range of manufactured Ball Valves.

Modernization

  • Started manufacturing Trunnion Mounted Ball Valves with the full technical support of our licensor, OMB, Italy
  • Enhanced pressure testing facility by installing pressure testing machines.
  • Qualify our staff to perform in-house NDT testing
  • Regular on the job training to our technicians and staff
  • Developed the HVOF coating facility for performing TCC coating on Ball and Seats of Ball Valves.
