Water Sector Valves

Bronze, NAB & Cast Iron Valves for Municipal and Industrial Water Applications

Overview

We design and manufacture a comprehensive range of water-service valves for municipal, industrial, and infrastructure applications. Our portfolio includes gate, globe, check, ball, and butterfly valves produced in bronze, nickel aluminum bronze (NAB), and cast iron, covering small-bore sizes up to large-diameter valves reaching 56 inches.

Our valves are engineered to meet the performance, durability, and corrosion-resistance requirements of potable water, seawater, cooling water, and wastewater services, and are manufactured in accordance with international API, ISO, and EN standards.

Product Range

We manufacture the following valve types for the water sector:

Industrial bronze valve with flange and red handwheel for water systems.

Gate Valves

  • Rising stem and non-rising stem designs
  • Solid wedge, flexible wedge, and resilient-seated options
  • Suitable for isolation duties in water transmission and distribution networks
Industrial bronze valve with red wheel handle, flanged connection, for flow control.

Globe Valves

  • Straight, angle, and Y-pattern designs
  • Ideal for throttling, pressure regulation, and flow control
  • Commonly used in pumping stations and treatment facilities
Bronze valve with threaded inlet/outlet and adjustable top for precise flow management.

Check Valves

  • Swing, dual-plate, lift, and tilting disc configurations
  • Designed to prevent reverse flow and protect pumps and pipelines
  • Low pressure-loss designs available
Valve with flange connection, durable and corrosion-resistant for industrial piping and fluid control.

Ball Valves

  • Floating and trunnion-mounted designs (where applicable)
  • Full bore and reduced bore options
  • Tight shut-off for on/off water service
High-quality industrial IVM valve for precise flow regulation.

Butterfly Valves

  • Concentric and double-offset designs
  • Wafer, lug, and flanged end connections
  • Suitable for large-diameter pipelines and space-restricted installations

Features

Our water-sector valves are available in a wide range of materials to suit different water qualities and operating environments:

Bronze

  • Suitable for potable water and general water services
  • Excellent corrosion resistance
  • Commonly used for small-bore applications

Nickel Aluminum Bronze (NAB)

  • Superior resistance to corrosion, erosion, and cavitation
  • Ideal for seawater, desalination, and marine water systems
  • Long service life in aggressive environments

Cast Iron / Ductile Iron

  • Gray iron and ductile iron options
  • Economical and robust for large-diameter municipal pipelines
  • Epoxy-coated or lined for enhanced corrosion protection
  • Nominal sizes:
From small-bore valves up to 56 inches (DN 1400), depending on valve type and material
  • Custom sizes and special configurations available upon request

Our valves are designed and manufactured to meet standard pressure ratings commonly used in the water sector, including:

  • ANSI / ASME: Class 125, Class 150, Class 250
  • EN / ISO: PN 10, PN 16, PN 25
  • Other pressure ratings available based on project requirements

We manufacture our water-sector valves in compliance with relevant international standards, including but not limited to:

  • API 600 / API 602 / API 608 (as applicable)
  • ISO 9001 Quality Management System
  • EN 593 (Butterfly Valves)
  • EN 1171 (Gate Valves)
  • EN 558 (Face-to-Face Dimensions)

Testing & Inspection

  • API 598
  • ISO 5208
  • EN 12266

Materials & Coatings

  • ASTM, EN, and ISO material specifications
  • Fusion-bonded epoxy (FBE) or liquid epoxy coatings for water service
  • Lining and coating systems suitable for potable and non-potable water

All valves are pressure-tested and inspected in accordance with applicable standards prior to shipment.
